DMX Arraigned On Drug Charges, Pleads Not Guilty







DMX was arraigned today (Crataegus laevigata 15) in an Arizona courtroom on various dose charges stemming from a raid of his house death week.
As reported to begin with, DMX's house was ab initio raided in August 2007 after authorities were tipped that dogs were being abused on his holding. 12 malnourished pit bulls and the remains of three dead dogs would be establish on the dimension.
DMX, wHO wasn't at the house during the Aug raid, was not officially charged until last week when regime raided his house early Fri (May 9) first light.  During the raid, police would find quintet pit pig puppies and drugs.
The Yonkers bred rapper would be arrested and charged with septet misdemeanour counts of brute cruelty and drug possession.  He would be released after mailing bond hours later.
According to The Arizona Republic, DMX was arraigned Thursday on threesome felony drug charges, including deuce counts of marijuana self-possession, and one for dose appurtenance.
DMX entered a not-guilty plea to the charges and has yet to be arraigned on the beast cruelty charges.  He is expected to regress to court on July 2nd.
